Individual
Counseling

“As a dedicated trauma-informed, solution-focused counselor I understand how childhood trauma impacts adult lives, I am passionate about helping individuals heal and thrive despite their past experiences. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore, process, and overcome the effects of childhood trauma.”

I help people understand how difficult childhood experiences can affect the way they think, feel, and act as adults. Together, we work through past hurts, build healthier coping skills, and find new ways to handle life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, caring, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward a healthier and happier life.
